Frank Ybarra and Fair Trade Café will host an evening of Art with locals Joe Ray, Emily Costello, Monica Gisel-Crespo, Veronica Verdugo-Lomeli, Manny Burruel, and will celebrate the Hispanic Heritage Month through their work.
