5 Cool Things Happening at Art Detour That Have A Little Brown in Them

Art Detour is Downtown La Phoenikera’s largest art event and this year they celebrate 29 years. They are also expanding from two to four days and close to 90 galleries, studios, pop-up spaces, stores and eateries will open their doors during this massive showcase.

The event organizers put together a handy dandy map that has the extension of Art Detour and all the participating shows, galleries and retail spots. However, every year, things also happen on the fringes…unofficially if you will. Here’s our pick of 5 cool happenings of Art Detour. Some of them are on their map, some of them aren’t but they’re all worth checking out. You’ll notice there’s a little more brown to our choices.
