Art – Talk With Cog•nate Collective
Cog•nate Collective, a binational artist collective based in California and Baja California, Mexico will talk to Phoenikerxs about their artistic practices, which are embedded in the communities where they work (currently Tijuana, Mexicali, Santa Ana and L.A.). Their work seeks to create conversations in public places that challenge the existence of the border.
